With over 25 years experience in mining, construction and resources Shaun has worked for mid and top tier companies both as a contractor, client and consultant in a EHSQ capacity. Holding a diverse number of roles in maintenance, operations, drilling and management both in Australia and overseas has given Shaun an excellent understanding of the risk profile at all organisational levels.
Shaun has successfully implemented and improved EHSQ processes and systems within a number of organisations and settings.

Chris has over 30 years experience in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry and mining operations as a Safety and Risk senior manager, client, contractor and coach.
Chris provides organisations with expertise in Safety Culture transformation, Safety and Risk Management Systems, Operational Risk including Personal and Process Safety, Contractor Management, Safety Case and Operational Discipline.
Chris has successfully transformed and improved safety and risk capability at many organisations, by working with their leaders and their teams to become more effective safety leaders through application of safety systems, safety culture and leadership behaviours.
Chris has participated in several high-profile Major Accident reviews including Longford gas plant (Fire and Explosion) and BHP operations (5 Single Fatalities) as well as many safety and risk projects for clients in the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, Europe and North America
