With over 25 years experience in mining, construction and resources Shaun has worked for mid and top tier companies both as a contractor, client and consultant in a EHSQ capacity. Holding a diverse number of roles in maintenance, operations, drilling and management both in Australia and overseas has given Shaun an excellent understanding of the risk profiles at all organisational levels.

Chris Hall

Chris has over 30 years of safety and risk management experience in the oil and gas and mining industries, including senior management and coaching roles.

Chris provides organisations with expertise in Safety Culture transformation, Safety Management Systems, Operational Risk Management, Process Safety, Contractor Management, Safety Case and Operational Discipline.

Teresa Eldridge

Teresa has 18 years’ experience in mining and resources industry with some of Australia’s largest top and mid-tier mining and construction organisations. These roles have seen Teresa hold upper level management positions with expertise in EHSQ system implementation and sustainability.

Chris has successfully transformed and improved safety and risk capability at many organisations, by working with their leaders and their teams to become more effective safety leaders through application of safety systems, safety culture and leadership behaviours.

Chris has participated in several high-profile Major Accident reviews including Longford gas plant (Fire and Explosion) and BHP operations (5 Single Fatalities) as well as many safety and risk projects for clients in the UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and North America

Jodie

Jodi has extensive experience in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions and excellent knowledge of approvals and licensing requirements for both petroleum and mining operations. Jodi can assist in developing and implementing management systems as well as approvals documentation such as safety cases and environment plans.

Jodie has proven stakeholder liaison skills, particularly with regulatory bodies.

Because of her varied experiences and roles in both small and large projects, Jodi has a unique understanding of the regulatory approvals systems within Australia and prerequisites to get a project to realisation.

With experience from an operator, contractor and regulator perspective, she provides versatile, targeted and multifaceted solutions to the resource sector, providing project-wide solutions and functional documents optimised for acceptance and implementation.

Leana Stendell

Leana has worked in the EHSQ area for 8 years. Her roles have included corporate and site specific environmental management. Leana specialises in overhauling existing systems to comply with ISO standards.

Leana's passion lies in functional systems that facilitate easy management for the client. Leana has a sound understanding of environmental risk and the management process.
